2. Products & Authenticity

  • All jewellery sold under Pevar925 is crafted from 92.5 sterling silver.
  • Slight variations in design, finish, or color may occur due to handcrafted processes.
  • Product images are for reference; actual items may differ slightly.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and other trusted gateways.
  • Pevar925 does not store your card or payment details.

4. Orders & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery timelines:
    • India: 4–7 business days
    • International: Varies by courier and destination

  • Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Customized jewellery is non‑returnable.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Orders cancelled before dispatch are fully refundable.
    • Orders cancelled while in transit will incur a minimum deduction of ₹200.

6. Customer Liability

  • If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to wrong information provided by the customer and the item is lost, the purchase amount will not be eligible for refund.
  • If an order is returned to Pevar925 because of inaccurate address details submitted by the customer, a minimum deduction of ₹200 will be applied to cover shipping and handling charges.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, product descriptions) belongs to pevar925.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • pevar925 is not liable for courier delays, incorrect customer details, or misuse of products.
  • Natural tarnishing of silver is not considered a defect.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
