1. What materials are used in Pevar925 jewellery? All our ornaments are crafted from certified sterling silver (92.5 purity), ensuring authenticity and long-lasting shine.

2. How long does delivery take? Orders within India usually arrive in 4–7 business days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination.

3. Can I cancel my order?

    • Orders cancelled before dispatch are fully refundable.
    • If cancelled while in transit, a minimum deduction of ₹200 will apply to cover shipping and handling costs.

4. What is your return policy? Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Customized jewellery cannot be returned.

5. How do I initiate a return or exchange? Simply contact our support team with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process step by step.

6. How will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

7. Do you offer exchanges? Yes, you can exchange your item for same category. Our team will help you explore available options.
