Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery Timeline: Standard shipping within India takes 4–7 business days. International shipping may vary depending on destination.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • Packaging: All jewellery is securely packed to ensure safe delivery.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized jewellery pieces cannot be returned.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details. We will guide you through the steps.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for another design, we will assist you with available options.
  • Customer Liability:
    • If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to wrong information provided by the customer and the item is lost, the purchase amount will not be eligible for refund.
    • If an order is returned to Pevar925 because of inaccurate address details submitted by the customer, a minimum deduction of ₹200 will be applied to cover shipping and handling charges.

Cancellation:

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full.
  • If cancellation is requested while the order is in transit, a minimum deduction of ₹200 will apply to cover shipping and handling costs.
