- Packaging: All jewellery is securely packed to ensure safe delivery.
Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
- Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized jewellery pieces cannot be returned.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details. We will guide you through the steps.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for another design, we will assist you with available options.

Customer Liability:
- If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to wrong information provided by the customer and the item is lost, the purchase amount will not be eligible for refund.

If an order is returned to Pevar925 because of inaccurate address details submitted by the customer, a minimum deduction of ₹200 will be applied to cover shipping and handling charges.
Cancellation:
- Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full.
- If cancellation is requested while the order is in transit, a minimum deduction of ₹200 will apply to cover shipping and handling costs.
